The Multi Collagen Complex provides hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides, chicken bone broth protein concentrate and eggshell membrane collagen.

Contains: fish and egg. Made with bovine and chicken collagen and a gelatin capsule — not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
⚠️ Important — biotin and blood tests: this product provides a high dose of biotin (2,500 mcg). The FDA has warned that high biotin intake can interfere with laboratory blood tests, including troponin tests used to diagnose heart attacks, and thyroid and hormone panels. Stop taking it several days before any blood test and tell your doctor or the laboratory that you take biotin.
