This Shipping Policy explains how Solen Vitals processes and ships orders placed on solenvitals.com. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (Mountain Time). Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

During sale periods or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days after your order ships.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-11 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement, no shipping charge at checkout, and no hidden fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at support@solenvitals.com with your order number so we can assist you.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
